The Print is a reproduction from a Simon Royer Acrlyic Illustration.
It features a study of fishman in yellow waterproofs in a rowing boat harpooning a Whale onstormy sea.
Although this is not as obvious to the viewer on the first observation. Because the illustration has been disguised and executed in contemporary colous. Disguising and temporary hiding the cruelty and method used for hunting whales of yesteryear.
This Simon feels is symbolic of a wide range of food packaging used even today deflecting the purchaser from the inevitable cruelty to sustained to animals.
